Refund policy

All fees are payable in full at time of service, unless payment arrangements have been made in advance. All fees are earned upon receipt and no refunds will be given for any reason. Late payments are subject to interest at the rate of 2% per month. Client acknowledges that Curious K9 may, from time to time, adjust its fees and will provide Client advance notice of any such adjustments.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of payment. We do not offer refunds for any reason. If a service is cancelled before 48 hours of the start time, store credit may be issued after approval from the store owner.
